We recently had the pleasure of working with the staff at Adhesives.org to work on a big website redesign with them. The organization approached us with a few initial challenges:
1. The website is static and is structured like an encyclopedia
2. The website does not engage users and there is no reason for them to come back
Together we came up with a few great ideas. First, we organized all of the content on the old website (over 500 pages) to be matched up with their audience members (market segment information).
Second we integrated the site with LinkedIn, which encourages users to have more discussions on the website. Check it out here: http://www.adhesives.org/linkedin-discussions
Third we created something called ASCTV, which is a resource center of youtube videos encompassing the spectrum of adhesives/sealants. In my opinion this is the coolest part of the website!
Before
