Andean Health and Development was one of NonprofitCMS’s first clients and we are proud to still be working with them to this day. Andean’s mission is to establish models of self-sustainable, comprehensive health care in poor, rural areas of Latin America where there are high risk populations of women and children. For starters NonprofitCMS created a few simple wireframes for this project which are featured on the left.
After some extensive design research we decided to go with a design that features a bright color scheme and lots of awesome pictures. Andean also had a branding/style guide which we followed ensuring that we used their fonts and general color scheme. Everyone at Andean and NonprofitCMS were pretty excited about the website launch and years later it still has a modern look.
WordPress was a no-brainer for this straight forward project. We also ensured that social media sharing was a priority all over the website. In addition to making youtube videos easily accessible, users can share, like and tweet all of their blog articles and pages easily.
