Contact Us Form is the form by which your clients/Users can interact with you via Email.

Download Contact Us Form for WP from

  1. Download contact-form-7.2.1.zip from that link
  2. Go to the Plugins Tab and click on Plugins

  3. Click Add New to add a new Plugin

  4. Click Upload to upload a new plugin

  5. Navigate to Contact Us Plugin and click Install Now to install it

  6. Click on Activate Plugin

  7. Create a New Page and Paste the Code there
