Conference registration often has a multitude of challenges
- Registrants can be associated with your organization in many ways – thus paying varied entrance prices
- Registrants must choose from multiple tracks with multiple session options
- Session Speakers / Instructors must be paired
- Attendance must be tracked, perhaps with barcodes
- After the conference CPE or continuing education credits must be dolled out
- After the conference surveys per session must be completed
- After (or during) the conference speakers’ notes and slides must be available
Over the years our clients have come to us with one or more of the above challenges to address within their online conference management software system. We believe our conference registration package intuitively solves all of these challenges and provides a robust, reusable online tool to manage conferences.
