First, the awards management software sets up the awards categories. Here you can set information such as questions nominators must answer, whether or not they need to attach files, and also what the judging criteria will be.

Nominators then sign in and add submissions.

When the award submission period closes, judges can then sign in and review and score nominees.

A lead judge can then pull a report of scoring and select a winner.

The system allows for concurrent award submissions to be open at the same time. It also keeps track of information for historical reporting needs.
