ASMC (WordPress / iMIS Integration)

Design

The Association of Military Comptrollers (ASMC) has been a client of NonprofitCMS since early 2009 when our parent company (vOfficeware.com) built it’s cloud based award management system. ASMC then looked towards NonprofitCMS and vOfficeware to design its new website. ASMC was placed on WordPress because of its need to be easily update-able. Below is the design we put together for ASMC.

Development

The key challenge in development of ASMC’s website was integrating the iMIS member management system version 10 with WordPress. To do this we had to develop a custom bridge between WordPress’s built in membership system and iMIS 10 business objects.
